Terms of Service

By accessing or using SwissServ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and administrators.

SwissServ operates a secure escrow payment system powered by Stripe. When a buyer pays for a service:

• Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms service completion.
• If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, funds are automatically released to the seller.
• A platform fee of 5% is deducted from each transaction.
• Disputes may be raised by either party and will be reviewed by the SwissServ admin team.

Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. Failure to do so will result in delayed or withheld payments.

Access to seller contact information requires a monthly subscription of CHF 5. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

Sellers must submit verification documents (government-issued ID) before listing services. SwissServ reserves the right to approve or reject any seller account at its sole discretion. Approved sellers must maintain accurate, up-to-date service listings.

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal services.
• Attempting to circumvent the escrow payment system.
• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending funds.

SwissServ acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by sellers, or any disputes arising from service completion. Our liability is limited to the amount of the platform fee collected on any given transaction.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Switzerland.
